Personal Assistant to CEO

We looking to hire a highly professional and organized Personal Assistant to CEO to work directly with the CEO, business support.

Requirements

  • Well-presented, professional, and personable.
  • Fluent in English, Russian, and French, both written and spoken.
  • Age not exceeding 30 years.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Full proficiency in using computers and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the Employer's calendar, daily schedule, appointments, and priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and business engagements.
  • Attend meetings and appointments when required.
  • Follow up on all tasks, projects, and assignments delegated by the Employer.
  • Remind the Employer of important appointments, meetings, deadlines, and commitments.
  • Provide direct support to the Employer in completing and following up on assigned tasks and business activities.
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients, business partners, and other contacts.
  • Assist with negotiations and follow up on business discussions and commercial matters when required.
  • Monitor tasks and ensure that assignments are completed within the required deadlines.
  • Arrange and coordinate business travel, travel bookings, meetings, and related requirements.
  • Be available to accompany the Employer on business trips when required.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with complete professionalism and discretion.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Employer.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate professionally with clients, business partners, and other contacts.
  • Willingness and ability to travel when required.
  • Good knowledge of the business environment and labor market.
  • Ability to understand, support, and follow up on the Employer's daily business activities and responsibilities.
  • Highly organized, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
