Packaging cum Dispatch Head

We are looking for

An experienced and dynamic Packaging cum Dispatch Head to oversee and manage the entire packaging and dispatch operations at our Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG / Edible Oil manufacturing, with proven expertise in packaging line management, dispatch planning, team leadership, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Packaging Operations

• Plan, organize, and oversee the entire packaging process for edible oil products.
• Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per FSSAI and company norms.
• Coordinate closely with production to align packaging with daily output and dispatch schedules.
• Monitor packaging line performance and minimize downtime.

2. Dispatch & Logistics

• Manage dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to distributors, depots, and customers.
• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangements, loading plans, and dispatch schedules.
• Ensure accurate documentation (invoices, e-way bills, packing lists) and regulatory compliance for dispatches.
• Track shipments and address any delivery-related issues proactively.

3. Inventory & Material Control

• Monitor stock of packaging materials (bottles, cartons, caps, labels, etc.) and raise indents on time.
• Maintain accurate records of inward, packaging consumption, and dispatches.
• Coordinate with the procurement and stores team for smooth material flow.

4. Team Management & Compliance

• Lead and supervise the packaging & dispatch team to ensure daily targets are met.
• Implement safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs as per FMCG/edible oil industry standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve packaging efficiency, reduce losses, and optimize dispatch costs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance dispatch turnaround time.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Operations, or any relevant field.
• 5–10 years of experience in packaging & dispatch within FMCG / Edible Oil / Food Processing industries.
• Strong knowledge of edible oil packaging lines, dispatch documentation, and logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
