Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Packaging Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and coordinating event materials and supplies to ensure efficient delivery and setup at event venues. Your contribution will be crucial to maintaining the high quality and professionalism our clients expect at every event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory of event materials (e.g., banners, giveaways, promotional items, kits).
- Packaging Coordination: Assemble and package event kits and materials according to event-specific requirements.
- Logistics Support: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of packaged items to event venues.
- Quality Checks: Inspect items before packaging to ensure quality standards are met.
- Labeling and Documentation: Accurately label packages and maintain documentation for all outgoing materials.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of packaging materials.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the event planning and production teams to understand packaging needs for each event.
- Post-Event Reconciliation: Assist in retrieving reusable items and reconciling inventories after events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Event Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in packaging, logistics, or event operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
