Packaging Sales Executive – US (Night Shift)

Compensation: PKR 50,000 – 90,000 (Base Salary) + Commission + Performance-Based Bonuses

About the Role

Mugshei Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Packaging Sales Executive to join our growing team serving the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a keen understanding of customer packaging needs, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with potential and existing packaging customers (e.g., for boxes, labels, custom packaging, and related products).
• Identify customer packaging requirements and recommend suitable materials, designs, and printing options.
• Prepare and send quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close deals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of packaging products, trends, and company offerings.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs related to revenue and customer acquisition.
• Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Record all customer interactions, quotations, and feedback in the company CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 0–5 years in packaging sales, B2B sales, or customer service (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Sales Skills: Confident, persuasive, and target-driven with strong negotiation ability.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, or related products is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems or online sales tools is advantageous.
• Availability: Must be available for the night shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT).
