Salary: Up to PKR 80,000 - 130,000 Basic + Commission + Performance Bonuses

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven and experienced Packaging Sales Expert who can generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships in the packaging industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in the packaging sector
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with design and production teams to fulfill client requirements
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client demands
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Packaging Sales / Custom Packaging Sales (preferred)
• Strong understanding of custom packaging, printing processes, and packaging materials
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
