Packaging Supervisor

Job Purpose

The Packaging Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily packaging operations to ensure products are packed efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise packaging line activities to meet production schedules and performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Lead and support packaging team members to maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in packaging or production, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
