Job Description

• We are hiring a Senior Executive – Packing & Dispatch to manage product packaging and dispatch operations at our manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring proper packing, labeling, storage, and timely dispatch of consignments while maintaining pharma-grade quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise packing operations (condoms, cartons, labeling, batch coding, sealing).
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, hygiene, and pharma standards.
• Plan and execute domestic & export dispatches.
• Prepare dispatch documentation (Invoice, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, LR, Packing List, Export docs).
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, QA/QC, transporters for smooth operations.
• Monitor loading/unloading and shipment tracking.
• Maintain ERP/Excel records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Manage packing & dispatch team across rotational shifts.
• Graduate in Logistics / Supply Chain / Commerce (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in packing & dispatch (pharma/FMCG/manufacturing).
• Knowledge of GST, ERP systems, and export documentation.
• Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in 12-hour day/night rotational shifts.
