Job Title: Packing Supervisor

Location: Rawat Industrial Estate (Only candidates from nearby locations will be considered)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Packing Supervisor to oversee and manage daily packing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating packing activities, monitoring stock and production, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage day-to-day stocks and production across assembling, molding, and packing departments.
• Arrange packing materials and supplies on time to avoid delays in operations.
• Supervise and guide packing teams, including female workers, ensuring a productive and disciplined environment.
• Ensure daily production and packing targets are met consistently.
• Maintain proper documentation of stock usage, packing output, and daily reports.
• Inspect and maintain packing quality standards as per company guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Production and Store teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health & safety policies, and discipline standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in packing supervision or related field (manufacturing/production preferred).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to handle and motivate a workforce effectively, including female staff.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with production/packing targets and inventory monitoring.
• Must be based near Rawat Industrial Estate.
