Production Incharge / Plant Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organizedPlant Supervisor / Production Managerto oversee daily production operations, manage staff, and ensure that manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on achieving production targets while minimizing costs and maintaining workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee smooth production operations and effectively manage labour workforce.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of output.
• Enforce compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Manage workforce allocation, training, and performance evaluation.
• Maintain and optimize production equipment to reduce downtime.
• Track inventory of raw materials and finished products.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate with other departments (Quality, Maintenance, Procurement) for smooth plant operations.
• Ensure cost control while meeting productivity and quality targets.

Education:

• Education: Intermediate/ Bachelors in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Experience: 7 years of Industry experience is required
