This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role. You won’t be inheriting a dusty account—you’ll be building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that directly impact patient growth and business performance.

Job Overview

We’re seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Manager to lead and optimize our digital advertising efforts across Google and Meta, with opportunities to influence broader paid channels as we scale. The right person brings a strong background in performance marketing, media buying, and analytics—and knows how to maximize ROI through thoughtful campaign structure, creative testing, and disciplined optimization.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and leadership teams to align paid acquisition with brand voice, patient experience, and long-term growth goals.

What You’ll Do

You’ll develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). As we grow, you may also help evaluate or manage additional channels like Bing Ads or other emerging platforms.

You’ll conduct comprehensive keyword research and audience analysis to identify high-performing opportunities. Day to day, you’ll optimize bids, budgets, creatives, and landing page paths to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.

You’ll use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related web analytics tools to understand user behavior and attribution—then turn those insights into action. You’ll regularly run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance.

You’ll manage and allocate budgets responsibly, ensuring media spend is efficient, scalable, and aligned with ROI targets. Reporting will be clear, honest, and useful—focused on outcomes, trends, and next steps rather than vanity metrics.

Just as important, you’ll stay current on changes in paid media, SEM, SEO tools, and platform policies—especially in regulated environments like healthcare.

Campaigns improve month over month—not just in volume, but in efficiency.
You understand the full funnel, from first click to conversion and beyond.
Testing is intentional, documented, and acted on.
Leadership trusts you to run paid media without micromanagement.

What We’re Looking For

You have proven experience in performance marketing, with hands-on ownership of PPC campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms. You’re fluent in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEM strategies, keyword research, and audience targeting.

You understand conversion optimization and how ads, landing pages, and messaging work together. Experience with affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or regulated industries is a plus, but not required.

You’re analytical, organized, and comfortable managing meaningful ad spend. You communicate clearly—especially when explaining performance, tradeoffs, and recommendations to non-marketers.

A bachelor’s degree is required. Certifications are nice, but real-world results matter more here.
