This role is for someone who has actually managed paid advertising accounts, not just boosted posts or followed instructions.
What you will be doing

Planning, launching, and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google

Handling campaigns end to end, from setup to optimization and scaling

Managing Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

Monitoring performance daily and making data-driven optimizations

Testing creatives, audiences, and messaging across platforms

Managing multiple ad accounts and campaigns at the same time

Working closely with internal teams to align paid ads with overall messaging, positioning, and funnel strategy

Translating performance data and audience insights into clear direction for creatives and copy

Taking ownership of performance and outcomes
What we are looking for

Two or more years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads

Experience working with both B2B and B2C campaigns

Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and performance data

Comfortable managing campaigns independently without constant oversight

Tech savvy and confident with ad platforms, dashboards, and analytics

Able to multitask and prioritize across multiple campaigns

Clear written communication and reporting skills
