Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Paid Advertising Specialist (PPC & Meta) to develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong proven background in performance marketing, media buying, and digital analytics to drive measurable results. This role involves managing PPC campaigns, social media advertising, and utilizing landing page tools to enhance online visibility and conversion rates. The Paid Advertising Specialist will play a key role in shaping our digital marketing strategy and ensuring effective budget utilization.
This is an ongoing year-round role with between 20 to 25 hours per week, with room to grow. The position is fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Advertising, and assist with the creation and management of monthly newsletters.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEM strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics tools; analyze data to optimize ROI.
- Manage media buying and media planning activities to reach target audiences effectively.
- Perform conversion optimization techniques to increase lead generation and sales through paid channels.
- Oversee social media management efforts related specifically to paid Meta campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Maintain budgets for multiple campaigns while maximizing ad spend efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate paid advertising with SEO strategies and e-commerce initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new advertising tools, and platform updates to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on PPC campaign management across Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, and similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools, SEM strategies, media buying, media planning, and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, and other digital marketing tools.
- Expertise in keyword research, conversion optimization techniques, and budget management for digital campaigns.
- Experience with affiliate marketing and e-commerce advertising is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data insights for continuous campaign improvement and ROI maximization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A proactive attitude towards learning emerging trends in digital marketing and media buying strategies.
