Paid Content Creator & Video Editor Intern (Part-Time)

About this Role

We’re a media production company in West Hollywood looking for a paid intern to help create and edit content for social media, YouTube, and podcasts.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a student or recent graduate who wants real experience in content creation, video editing, and production.

You won’t just be editing. You’ll be on set, capturing content, and helping bring ideas to life.

Must be local to Los Angeles and able to work on-site when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Shoot behind-the-scenes video during productions and podcast sessions
• Edit short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Create clips from podcasts
• Help brainstorm and execute content ideas
• Assist with shoot setup when needed

Requirements

• Basic experience with video editing (Premiere Pro or similar)
• Comfortable shooting video (camera or smartphone)
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Self-starter with a strong interest in content creation

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• After Effects, Photoshop, or thumbnail design
• Interest in social media trends, YouTube, or podcasts
• Any creative background (film, marketing, journalism, etc.)

Work Details

• Project-based work with flexible scheduling

Important

This is not a remote position. Applicants must be based in the Los Angeles area.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
