Paid Marketing & Social Media Internship for College/Graduate Students

Organization: 123 Grow Child Center, Inc.

123 Grow is a licensed network of early education centers with seven locations across Massachusetts. We are seeking a creative, driven, and community-minded Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our team.

This paid internship is an excellent opportunity for college or graduate students pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, public relations, media, or early childhood education to gain hands-on experience managing content strategy, digital engagement, and community outreach for a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging social media content across Facebook and Instagram to highlight 123 Grow’s programs, educators, and families.
• Assist in creating digital campaigns and promotions that drive enrollment and brand awareness.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to inform strategy and optimize performance.
• Capture and curate original photos, videos, and graphics that reflect our brand and mission.
• Collaborate with leadership to brainstorm creative initiatives and community-focused marketing ideas.
• Provide support for special projects, events, and parent communications as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Current college or graduate student majoring in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience with social media platforms (especially Instagram and Facebook) and tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A positive attitude and genuine interest in early childhood education and community engagement.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
