We're on the hunt for a bubbly Social Media Spark-Maker to amp up our digital vibes and turn our feeds into a real estate party. You'll whip up posts that make followers swoon over stunning listings, giggle at behind-the-scenes bloopers, and geek out on home-buying hacks.

This paid, part-time gig is your playground, flexible hours around your schedule, making it ideal for students or anyone craving real estate exposure without ditching their flexible life. It's completely in-person to soak up that team energy from day one (with remote days unlocking after you've got some work history under your belt). Super hands-on. Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with Content Creation & Curation: Eye-candy posts, sassy Stories, trendy Reels, and & memes for Insta, FB, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Audience Engagement: Be the friendly ghost in the DMs! Jump into comments, chats, etc.
• Trend Research & Strategy Support: Keep your finger on the pulse, scout trends, crunch fun metrics, and brainstorm wild ideas for our content.
• Collaboration: Team up with our team for fresh scoops. Tinker with edits and mini-vids to add that extra sparkle.
• Reporting: Play detective with the data! Track likes, shares, and lead love-bombs, then drop a weekly summary highlighting any wins.

Qualifications

• You're a current student or fresh grad in marketing, comms, digital dazzle, or something equally cool (or you've got the street cred from your own feed).
• Handy with social tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or Hootsuite; bonus points if you've dabbled in real estate reels or visual vibes.
• An eye for aesthetics/vibes
• Creative chaos-tamer: Thrives in hustle, but with a side of chill independence.
• Bonus: Obsessed with homes or real estate and human connections? You're our people.
