BNC has been mandated to recruit an experienced Senior Manager – Paid Media for one of our esteemed clients in the Higher Education / EdTech space.

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Paid Media professional to lead digital acquisition efforts focused on attracting and engaging prospective students across undergraduate, postgraduate, and online programs. This role plays a critical part in shaping the institution’s digital growth and enrollment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute full-funnel paid media strategies for multiple academic programs.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube to achieve CPL, CPA, and ROI targets.
  • Collaborate closely with admissions and marketing teams to align campaigns with enrollment goals and academic calendars.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve lead quality and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize media budgets for maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists, driving campaign excellence and professional growth.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to develop high-impact ad creatives for students and parents.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify growth and innovation opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Higher Education / EdTech preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube for student acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of the student decision-making journey from awareness to enrollment.
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization, analytics, and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Proven ability in budget management and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Google Ads & Meta certifications are a plus.
