Detailed Job Description
The Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Ads Campaign Manager to take ownership of our clients' paid advertising initiatives. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of ad campaigns, from strategy and creation to execution, performance analysis, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage high-performing paid campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Tiktok, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data (CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.) to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Create compelling ad copy and work with design teams on creative assets.
  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven work experience at least 2 years managing successful paid media campaigns (PPC, PPV, Social).
  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Meta Ads Manager and Other Platforms.
  • Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads certifications) are a plus.
