We're searching for a Paid Media Coordinator who lives and breathes PPC — someone who gets excited about dialing in targeting, optimizing bids, and turning data into real revenue impact. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

Paid Media Campaign Management:

  • Partner closely with external ad-management agencies to plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Amazon Sponsored Ads, and other emerging platforms.
  • Align paid media initiatives with product launches and marketing activations, ensuring cohesive messaging and timing across all channels.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to refine ad targeting, bidding strategies, and creative performance.
  • Continuously monitor campaign metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS, and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and ROI.

Advertising Opportunities & Brand Visibility:

  • Maintain active oversight of all PPC placements and proactively identify opportunities for improved ad visibility and performance.
  • Research and recommend new platforms, ad networks, and community spaces based on performance data and emerging digital trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across search, social, and display advertising efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Creative Support:

  • Work closely with the Marketing, eCommerce, and Product teams to align messaging, gather creative assets, and ensure campaigns are on-brand and optimized for conversions.
  • Partner with designers and content creators to develop and test high-performing ad copy and visuals tailored for each paid media channel.
  • Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and contribute to PPC budget allocation, forecasting, and optimization discussions with leadership and finance.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on PPC or paid media campaign management experience with proven results in performance marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Deep understanding of major PPC platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Sponsored Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into scalable optimization strategies.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and bid adjustments to meet performance goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams.

DESIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with display networks, remarketing tactics, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience using A/B testing tools and advanced keyword research methods to improve ad relevance and quality score.
  • Understanding of SEO or HTML is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets or data-analysis tools for campaign reporting and ROI tracking.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Office environment with extended computer use.
  • Occasional domestic travel may be required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed.

LOCATION:

  • This position will be in the City of Industry, CA 91789.
  • Candidates interested in employment with AC Infinity must relocate before starting work if moving from a different area. This is required.
  • This position is an in-person position. It is not a remote position.
