Paid Media Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Paid Media Strategy:
○ Develop, manage, and execute paid media strategies that align with business goals and
marketing objectives.
○ Identify the target audience and create a structured paid media funnel strategy for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
2. Campaign Management:
○ Plan, execute, and optimize paid search, display, and social media campaigns across
platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, and others.
○ Manage campaign setup, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
○ Monitor and manage paid media budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve campaign goals.
3. Performance Optimization:
○ Continuously monitor and analyze performance data to optimize campaigns.
○ Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve
performance.
4. Ad Copy and Creative Collaboration:
○ Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
○ Ensure that ads follow brand guidelines while being optimized for each platform’s specific
format.
5. Keyword and Audience Research:
○ Conduct keyword research for search campaigns, identifying top-performing keywords to
maximize ad visibility.
○ Analyze audience behavior to create highly targeted ad campaigns that reach relevant
demographics and personas.
○ Build and refine custom audience segments using retargeting, lookalike audiences, and CRM data.
○ Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics,
Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant analytics platforms.
○ Create detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and click-through rates (CTR).
6. Budget Management:
○ Manage and allocate paid media budgets across different campaigns and platforms to
maximize efficiency.
7. Collaboration:
○ Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, creative, and content, to ensure alignment on campaign goals.
○ Collaborate with external agencies or vendors (if applicable) to manage media buying and paid campaign execution.
Skills and Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● Experience: 3-6 years of experience managing paid media campaigns (search, social, display) in a digital marketing role.
● Skills:
○ Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media
platforms.
○ Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain campaign performance to
stakeholders.
○ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns/clients simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
