Paid Media Manager

The Role

Our Paid Media Manager will directly handle day-to-day paid media operations and collaborate closely with our marketing team on lead generation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on testing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable stepping into an existing 7-figure paid media program that already contributes substantially to business growth through PPC and demand generation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end campaign management in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including ad building, analysis, and optimization.
• Collaborate with CRO, SEO and website teams to align growth strategies.
• Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of hands-on paid media experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Expertise working within Google Ads Editor and Looker Studio.
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and incrementality testing.
• Agency or in-house experience managing budgets of $500k+.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Must be able to work on-site at our Nashua, NH headquarters.

Base Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
