What you'll be doing
- Cook up awesome marketing campaigns that hit our goals, reach the right people, and stay on budget.
- Work with other teams to make sure all our marketing stuff looks good and sounds like us.
- Dig into what our audience likes and how they act so we know who we're talking to.
- Keep an eye on how campaigns are doing, look at the numbers, and figure out how to make them even better.
- Chat with outside agencies and partners to make sure everything gets done on time.
- Use all the digital tricks in the book to get our campaigns seen by as many people as possible.
Your day-to-day tasks (the nitty-gritty):
- Dream up and roll out campaign plans and timelines – gotta keep things smooth!
- Team up with the creative folks to make eye-catching marketing stuff, and make sure it's done on time and doesn't break the bank.
- Set up tracking to see how our campaigns are performing and what kind of return we're getting.
- Whip up reports for the bosses, sharing what we learned and what we should do next.
- Spot chances to make campaigns better and then actually make those changes.
- Stay in the loop on all the latest marketing trends and tech so we can keep our campaigns fresh.
What you need to bring to the table (must-haves):
- A degree in marketing or something similar.
- At least 4 years of experience managing campaigns or in a marketing role – you've been there, done that!
- Proof that you've successfully run marketing campaigns before.
- A portfolio showing off campaigns you've managed across online channels.
- Know your way around digital marketing tools like Google ads, Meta Ads, Web Analytics, Social Media channels and CRM integrations.
- A solid grasp of marketing basics, campaign building, and digital channels.
- Good at using analytics to measure and optimise campaigns.
- Awesome project management skills – you can juggle multiple campaigns and hit deadlines.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to make sense of data and give good advice.
- Great at writing, speaking, and staying organized.
- You're a team player and can work well with others, inside and out.
- Creative and strategic thinker, especially when it comes to making campaigns pop in India.
Bonus points if you have (nice-to-haves):
- A master's degree in marketing or business.
- Certifications in digital marketing or campaign management.
- Experience in the Indian market or you know how diverse Indian consumers are.
- Familiar with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for running campaigns and managing leads.
- Understand digital marketing in-depth, like SEO, PPC, SMM, and all that good stuff.
- Good at using analytics and reporting tools to see how campaigns are doing.
- Know the ins and outs of data privacy and marketing rules in India.
