We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on Paid Media Manager to support our performance marketing efforts across B2B and B2C channels. You will be responsible for managing significant budgets across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Management: Strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), Meta (FB/IG), and LinkedIn.
- B2B & B2C Strategy: Tailor approaches for different sales cycles from quick-conversion B2C to long-lead B2B pipeline generation.
- Technical Tracking: Setting up and troubleshooting Pixels, Conversions APIs (CAPI), and GTM tags.
- Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain automated dashboards in Looker Studio and must have knowledge of Salesforce.
- Budget Management: Monitor monthly spend allocation to ensure we are hitting ROAS/CPA targets while identifying new areas for scale.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with wider teams to brief high-performing ad creative based on performance data and platform best practices.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
- 3+ years in paid media, with a proven track record of managing ad accounts across Google, LinkedIn and Meta.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (tracking leads through the funnel) and Looker Studio (data visualisation).
- A deep understanding of pixel tracking, attribution windows, and how iOS14+ changes have impacted measurement.

Pay: From Rs90,000.00 per month
