We are looking for a data-driven PPC Manager to lead and optimise high-performance advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Role Overview

As a PPC Manager at Savtech Digital, you will be responsible for planning, executing, analysing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, and paid social platforms. You will play a key role in driving qualified traffic, maximising conversions, and improving return on ad spend (ROAS).

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience managing large ad budgets, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results through performance marketing.

Key Objectives

  • Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy optimisation.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, etc.).
  • Create compelling ad copies and perform A/B testing to improve conversions.
  • Optimise budgets to maximise ROI and minimise cost-per-conversion.
  • Track competitor strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Align PPC strategies with SEO, content, and design teams.
  • Implement tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking).
  • Generate detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage search, display, remarketing, video, and shopping campaigns.
  • Improve Quality Score and Ad Rank through structured optimisation.
  • Identify negative keywords and refine targeting for better relevance.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and guidelines.
  • Implement conversion tracking and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Test bidding strategies (manual, automated, target CPA, target ROAS).
  • Coordinate with developers for proper pixel and tracking implementation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and policy changes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in PPC, SEM, or performance marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with A/B testing, retargeting, and conversion optimisation.
  • Understanding of SEO and how paid media integrates with organic search.
  • Familiarity with landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, Elementor).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and tracking pixels.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience managing large advertising budgets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification.
  • Experience with eCommerce PPC (Google Shopping, Amazon Ads).
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and AI-driven bidding.
  • Familiarity with SEMrush, SpyFu, WordStream, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Google Ads Scripts and automation tools.
  • Background in B2B, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
