Project Manager

• Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

• Technical Certifications Required:

Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and JIRA

Strong communication & reporting skills

Skilled in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience Required:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in Marine Sector

Exposure to public sector clients or large-scale deployments

• Job Description:

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring adherence to schedule, scope, and deliverables.

Lead assigned proposals from concept stage through submission and project onboarding as structured, timeline-driven assignments.

Coordinate cross-functional inputs (technical, commercial, financial) to ensure clarity of scope, risks, assumptions, and deliverables.

Ensure proper handover to execution upon award, safeguarding commitments and commercial parameters.

Maintain commercial ownership of projects with focus on margin protection and cost discipline.

Proactively manage scope changes and identify value-enhancement opportunities to improve profitability.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to support sustainable growth and additional service opportunities.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, regulatory bodies, and vendors.

Lead stakeholder meetings, status updates, and joint decision-making sessions.

Ensure alignment with organizational goals, client requirements, and regulatory standards.

Serve as the operational liaison with Authority, facilitating joint inspections, audits, and policy enforcement.

Monitor project budgets, control costs, and track financial progress.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Lead issue resolution through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Maintain documentation of incidents, decisions, and deviations from scope.

Prepare and submit periodic project reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
