Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple channels:
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Google Ads, Bing Ads
• Paid Social: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok
• Display & Programmatic Advertising: Google Display Network, DSPs
• Video: YouTube
• App Marketing: Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, sales, design, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment and creative excellence.
• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Looker.
• Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and attribution to deliver actionable insights.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
• Forecast, allocate, and track performance marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B or B2C tech environments.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads; experience with other channels is a strong plus.
• Highly analytical with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketing analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is advantageous.
• Strong creative instincts—able to craft compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
