Paxton Marketing is seeking a hands-on Paid Media & Marketing Manager to lead execution across paid advertising, campaign performance, and marketing operations. This is a fully in-office role—remote applicants will not be considered.
We are looking for a results-driven leader who can manage campaigns, oversee creative output, and ensure accountability across all marketing initiatives. This is a high-execution role, meaning you will be directly involved in campaign management, optimization, and team oversight.
Compensation
- $70,000 – $80,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Performance Max, etc.)
- Oversee and contribute to ad creative production (graphics, landing pages, ad copy)
- Ensure campaigns align with performance goals and ROI targets
- Manage 40+ accounts totaling over $1M in monthly ad spend
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimizations
- Oversee website updates, landing pages, and user experience improvements
- Maintain accountability for timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution
- Collaborate with leadership to drive marketing strategy and growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Marketing, or a closely related field
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant digital marketing experience
- Proven experience managing 40+ accounts totaling over $1M in monthly ad spend (must provide verifiable proof)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization
- Experience with graphic design or ad creative production
- Comfortable working across multiple platforms and systems
- Strong leadership, accountability, and communication skills
- Must be in-office full-time
Preferred
- Automotive industry experience
- High-volume lead generation experience
- Website/CMS experience (landing pages, funnels, UX improvements)
