Full-Time Paid Media Specialist

Full-Time | Remote (May Transition to Hybrid in the Future)

Must be located in or around Orlando, FL.

Power Couch Media is seeking a full-time Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team. This is not a contract role or short-term engagement. You will be a core part of our campaign strategy, execution, and optimization process.

Meta is our primary platform, with Google being a close second. Performance is everything. We are looking for someone who understands how to drive measurable results, not vanity metrics.

This position will begin fully remote and may transition to a hybrid structure in the future.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta and Google
  • Monitor performance daily and optimize to improve ROAS, CPA, and other core KPIs
  • Develop targeting strategies based on client goals and customer profiles
  • Write briefs for the creative team (ad copy, graphics, video assets)
  • Write high-performing ad copy
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations
  • Stay current with platform updates, tools, and best practices

Must-Have Experience

  • Proven track record managing paid Meta and Google campaigns for brands or agencies
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Experience optimizing for sales and lead generation (not just traffic or awareness)
  • Ability to implement and troubleshoot tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to increase speed, productivity, and quality while maintaining originality, strategic thinking, and high-quality, human-centered work.

Communication & Work Style

  • Highly responsive — all messages should be acknowledged within 15 minutes during working hours
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing many client accounts simultaneously
  • Collaborative with creatives, strategists, and clients
  • Professional and capable of representing the company in client communications

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads, or Amazon Ads
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO principles
  • B.A. or higher degree in marketing or related field
