Job Summary:

Arihant Global Services is looking for a Paid Media Specialist who has hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram advertising. The role focuses on data-driven paid campaigns, performance optimization, and scalable lead generation for multiple client projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Google PPC campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Execute and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
• Research keywords, audiences, creatives, and competitors for campaign planning.
• Improve conversion rates, ROAS, and CPL through continuous optimization.
• Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies.
• Prepare campaign reports and performance insights for management and clients.
• Ensure ads comply with platform policies and best practices.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience as a Paid Media / PPC Specialist / Facebook Ads Expert.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels and attribution.
• Hands-on experience with budget management and scaling campaigns.
• Analytical approach with attention to data and metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple ad accounts and deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Agency background or experience with service-based industries.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads or marketing automation tools.
• Google Ads or Meta certifications.
• Basic CRO and landing page optimization knowledge.
