About the Role

As a Paid Media Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across search, social, OTT, and programmatic platforms. You’ll plan and execute strategies that drive measurable ROI for our clients, collaborating closely with account managers, the SEO team, and leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, create, and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and bid management to optimize performance.
  • Track and analyze campaign data using Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Identify trends and insights to improve ROI, conversion rates, and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with the SEO, creative, and account teams to align strategies and maximize results.
  • Prepare performance reports and communicate results to internal teams and clients.
  • Explore and recommend new channels, tools, and innovations (including AI solutions) to enhance campaign performance.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of paid media experience in a marketing or agency setting (4+ preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Understanding of paid search, display, and social media advertising best practices.
  • Google Ads Certification required.
  • Experience with BrightLocal, SEMrush, or Moz a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated — thrives both independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
