Paid Social Media Marketing

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Social Media Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital advertising platforms, with a strong focus on performance optimization, analytics, and campaign scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Develop campaign structures including Search, Display, Video, and Remarketing campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Coordinate with creative teams for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Adjust budgets and bidding strategies to maximize performance

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting tools
  • Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost efficiency

Compliance & Platform Policies

  • Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Follow industry compliance standards and client-specific advertising guidelines
  • Monitor campaigns for policy violations, disapproved ads, or compliance risks

Tracking & Technical Setup

  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, events, and tags
  • Work with Google Tag Manager, analytics tools, and CRM integrations
  • Ensure accurate lead tracking and attribution

Project Management & Team Coordination

  • Maintain proper campaign documentation and task tracking
  • Coordinate with design, content, and development teams to execute campaigns efficiently
  • Ensure deliverables meet project timelines, sprint schedules, and client expectations
  • Provide updates through internal project management tools and status reports

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities

Job Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM
