Job Overview: Paid Social Media Specialist (TikTok & Meta Focus)

We are looking for a high-performance Paid Social Media Specialist with a strong focus on TikTok Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to drive aggressive growth, lead generation, and revenue through paid social campaigns.

This role is not just about posting content — it’s about scaling campaigns, testing creatives, and maximizing ROI in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Develop and test high-converting creatives (UGC style, hooks, short-form video, direct response ads)
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies to scale performance
  • Analyze performance data using Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking tools
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce viral-style ad creatives
  • Identify trends, winning angles, and competitor strategies through social listening and platform insights
  • Manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining profitability
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks for creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages

Requirements:

  • Proven experience running paid ads on TikTok and Meta (REQUIRED)
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and direct response advertising
  • Experience scaling campaigns with significant ad spend
  • Ability to create or guide high-converting short-form video content
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
  • Experience with pixel tracking, conversions API, and attribution models
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Experience in lead generation (healthcare, cosmetic, or e-commerce)
  • Knowledge of UGC content strategies and influencer-style ads
  • Basic skills in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
  • Experience with landing page optimization

Pay: $23.89 - $28.77 per hour
