Job Title: Paid Social Senior Coordinator
Location: Remote
Language: English
Working Days: Monday through Friday
Working Hours: Eastern Standard Time (EST): 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven and highly organized Paid Social Senior Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with brand goals, and optimized for performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, platform expertise, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of ad assets
  • Prepare campaign reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
  • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to inform targeting strategies
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and billing accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid social efforts with broader marketing goals
  • Stay updated on platform changes, best practices, and emerging trends in paid social

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in paid social advertising or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities
  • Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with A/B testing and creative performance analysis
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
  • Exposure to eCommerce, DTC, or lead-generation campaigns
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad concepts and iterations
