We are currently seeking an experienced Paint & Coating Formulation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in the chemical formulation of paints, coatings, and related products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize formulations for various types of paints and coatings.
• Select appropriate raw materials and additives to achieve desired performance characteristics.
• Conduct laboratory testing to ensure product quality, durability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot formulation issues and provide technical support to the production team.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in paint chemistry and raw materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in paint and coatings formulation.
• Strong knowledge of raw materials, binders, pigments, solvents, and additives.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a laboratory environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
