Job Title: PainterJob Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to apply paint and finishes to a variety of surfaces in residential, commercial, and construction settings. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and safety practices, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, repairing cracks, and smoothing surfaces
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results using color theory
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using hand tools and power tools
• Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter and maintain a clean, organized worksite
• Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Provide and maintain personal equipment, including paint sprayers and brushes

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in construction, painting, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of various painting techniques, tools, and materials
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and painting equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or project specifications
• Basic understanding of carpentry, drywall, masonry, and related trades is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team

Work Environment

Pay: $300.00 - $400.00 per day
