Painter

· Applying the protective and decorative coat of paint, varnishing and other related materials to the interior and exterior surfaces of the building and other structures.

· Cleaning the painting equipment, paint mixing area and the work area

· Maintaining the proper matching with the appropriate paint procedures

· Perform all assignments given by immediate supervisor

· Monitoring job card assignment and getting job card done at the right time.

· Coordination with Data Entry in opening and closing of job card.

· Accurately and promptly fulfilling tenant’s request.

· Coordinate with tenants, co-staff, supervisors in the operational matters.

· Attending emergency works (if any)

· Attending arrivals preparation of units

· Maintaining orderliness of compound and facilities

· Report any painting irregularities for immediate repairs and actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR1,300.00 per month
