Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Finishing Painter & Polisher to join our fit-out and production team. The ideal candidate should have experience in surface preparation, painting, polishing, and delivering high-quality finishes for interior, joinery, and custom fabrication projects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare all surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers to achieve a smooth and professional finish.
• Inspect and evaluate the quality of finishes to ensure they meet project and company standards.
• Protect adjacent surfaces and materials from overspray, splatter, or paint damage.
• Follow safety protocols and use proper protective equipment at all times.
• Perform repairs, touch-ups, and refinishing as required to maintain surface quality.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve exact project specifications.
• Maintain, clean, and store painting and polishing tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with carpenters, installers, and other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Adhere to project plans, instructions, and deadlines to deliver work on time.
• Perform polishing, varnishing, and finishing of wooden surfaces, furniture, and fit-out elements.
