Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Master Painter specialized in furniture and joinery finishing works.

The candidate will be responsible for handling all painting and polishing activities to ensure high-quality finishing for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete painting and polishing process:
• Surface preparation, sanding, priming, and finishing
• Apply different types of finishes:
• PU paint, NC paint, lacquer, stain, and polish
• Operate spray painting equipment professionally
• Ensure smooth and high-quality finishing without defects
• Carry out color matching and touch-ups when required
• Supervise painters and helpers
• Coordinate with production and installation teams
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization in the work area
• Follow safety procedures and proper material handling

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in furniture/joinery painting
• Strong experience in spray painting and polishing
• Ability to manage and guide a team
• Good knowledge of materials and finishing processes
• High attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred

• UAE experience in joinery or furniture workshops
• Experience in villa or high-end finishing projects
• Immediate joining preferred
• Accommodation can be discussed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
