Painting & Blasting Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate painting and blasting crews on site
• Ensure surface preparation and coating activities meet project specs (ISO, NACE, SSPC, client standards, etc.)
• Monitor blasting profiles, cleanliness levels, coating thickness (DFT), and curing conditions
• Ensure correct use, handling, and storage of paints, abrasives, and solvents
• Enforce HSE requirements, including PPE use, permits, and toolbox talks
• Plan daily work activities and manpower allocation
• Inspect completed work and coordinate with QA/QC inspectors
• Identify and resolve technical or operational issues on site
• Maintain records: daily reports, material consumption, progress tracking
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other disciplines
• Ensure equipment (air compressors, blasting machines, spray pumps) is properly maintained

Working Hours: 10

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
