We are seeking a real estate associate with 2-4 years of real estate transactional experience at a law firm, including leasing and purchase and sale transactions.

Associates will have an opportunity to work closely with a small, collaborative team of attorneys who provide active mentoring and ongoing training. You will be given the opportunity to assume a high level of responsibility and direct client contact to gain a wide range of experience working with leading and innovative companies.

Must be licensed in California. Strong drafting and negotiating skills, as well as superior academic credentials, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, are required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $235,000 – 310,000, based on year classification.
• Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
