We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to assist in managing breach of lease cases within our legal department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in organizing case files, preparing legal documents, tracking deadlines, and maintaining communication between attorneys, clients, and court personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize active breach of lease case files.
• Prepare and file standard legal documents and correspondence.
• Track case deadlines, hearings, and court submissions.
• Maintain accurate case logs, reports, and document databases.
• Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, property managers, and court personnel.
• Support attorneys in hearing and trial preparation by organizing exhibits and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant (real estate or landlord–tenant experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal or case management software.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
