Omani & Partners is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our legal team in delivering exceptional service across a diverse portfolio of matters. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to lawyers and legal teams.
• Assist with legal research, document preparation, and case file management.
• Draft correspondence and format legal documents with a high degree of accuracy.
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support client communications where required.
• Maintain both physical and digital filing systems in line with firm protocols.
• Support court filings, regulatory submissions, and procedural requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

Candidate Profile:

Prior legal internship or administrative experience within a professional services environment will be viewed favourably.

• Arabic speaker is essential, with professional-level English required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong foundation in Law and Legal Document Preparation.
• Proficiency in Research and Document Review skills.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in working within teams on legal cases.
• Familiarity with Qatari legal systems and procedures is a plus.
