Seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented candidate for a full-time paralegal position in a growing, fast-paced litigation law firm in our Wellesley Massachusetts office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while managing multiple tasks. The candidate must have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong computer and proofreading skills are a must. The candidate should be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision. Litigation experience is preferred with an understanding of e-file requirements in various courts in CT, MA and RI.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of electronic discovery, including document review, Bates numbering, redactions, de-duplication, and management of databases
  • Organize and maintain case files, discovery materials, and trial exhibits
  • Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence in Microsoft Word
  • Perform data entry and analysis using Excel and manage communications through Outlook
  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and vendors to ensure timely completion of case tasks and deadlines
  • Review and analyze medical records, public records, and discovery requests

Qualifications:

  • Prior litigation paralegal experience preferred
  • Proficiency with e-discovery platforms
  • Excellent command of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
