Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced paralegal to work in a small law firm focusing on personal injury and medical malpractice cases. We are a small firm, but we get big results. We are looking for someone who works well with others and can jump in to tackle whatever challenge or task the day presents. You would assists with all aspects of a cases from signing through settlement and litigation. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Litigation Paralegal.

Daily Tasks Include (but not limited to):

• Drafting documents for litigation (discovery, pleadings, expert designations)
• Preparing documents and scheduling for mediation, depositions, and trial
• Managing attorney calendar
• Speaking with clients about case status
• Requesting medical records
• Preparing communication (letters, e-mails, and faxes) from transcription and sending them to the appropriate party.
• Assisting the attorney as needed with various office tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
