Join Pega’s Privacy, AI, and Cybersecurity group within the global legal team. We are a collaborative team that supports privacy governance, compliance, and security initiatives across the organization.
Hybrid position with the office based in Waltham,MA
As a Privacy Paralegal, you’ll play a key role in supporting privacy governance and compliance activities for a global technology leader. You’ll help maintain critical privacy frameworks, assist with impact assessments, and contribute to shaping how Pega approaches privacy and AI risk management. This is an opportunity to grow your expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working on cutting-edge issues like AI and cybersecurity.
You are an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re curious, adaptable, and comfortable learning new tools and systems. You can manage complex information, communicate effectively at all levels, and have a strong interest in privacy, AI, and cybersecurity.

Base salary range for this role is 80,300 - 120,100 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
