About the Role

We’re growing our Probate & Trust Administration practice to serve families during times that matter most—and we’re looking for a skilled, compassionate paralegal to join our team.

In this role, you’ll ensure that each client’s experience is thoughtful, clear, and handled with care from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage probate and trust administration matters, including filings, inventories, and client communications
  • Coordinate with registers of deeds, title companies, financial institutions, and other professionals
  • Maintain organized client files and track deadlines and deliverables
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and their advisors
  • Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and deeds
  • Support attorneys with preparation, communication, and project flow

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in probate and/or trust administration
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and familiarity with Clio, WealthCounsel, or HotDocs
  • Empathy and discretion in supporting families in sensitive situations
  • Self-directed with a collaborative mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Starting at $60,000+ per year (based on experience)
