Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee paralegal's progress of ongoing projects, and day to day operations
- Collaborate with attorneys to understand workflow needs and staff paralegals accordingly
- Recommend and implement changes to the professional development of paralegals
- Evaluate performance and participate in the performance review process
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience managing paralegals required
- Professional interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate all levels of staff
- Excellent MS Office skills
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
