Paralegal – Bankruptcy Law | Full-Time | In-Person

Your work will directly shape the client's experience — managing debtor cases from start to finish, communicating directly with clients one-on-one, and keeping everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

• Managing a substantial caseload of bankruptcy matters with thoroughness and precision
• Serving as a trusted point of contact for clients, guiding them through the process with professionalism and empathy
• Keeping cases organized and on track in a demanding, deadline-driven environment
• Working closely with attorneys and staff to ensure every case detail is handled with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• Prior paralegal experience, ideally in bankruptcy law
• A calm, steady presence under pressure
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with legal case management software is highly desirable

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, Monday–Friday with two Saturday mornings per month (8AM–12PM)
• Competitive compensation based on experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
