Job Description – Paramedic

Position Title: Paramedic

Place of Work: PMO Diving School (or as assigned)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical assistance and emergency care during routine operations and emergencies.
• Perform CPR and other lifesaving procedures whenever required.
• Assist in handling medical emergencies related to diving and other operational activities.
• Maintain readiness to respond to medical situations at short notice.
• Coordinate with concerned authorities and medical institutions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety and medical protocols as prescribed by the organization.

Qualification & Experience

• Must possess thorough knowledge of CPR and lifesaving skills.
• Should hold a Diploma/Certificate in:
• Emergency Medical Services, or
• Critical Care Technology, or
• Nursing & Patient Care (Diploma/Degree).
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the relevant field in:
• Any Government organization, or
• A reputed academy/institution.
• Should be able to communicate effectively in Hindi and English.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 20 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years

Selection & Verification

• Candidates will undergo an interview for professional efficiency conducted by PMO Diving School.
• Qualification and experience certificates will be verified by OIC Diving School.
• The contractor must submit the list of proposed personnel with supporting qualifications during bid finalization.
• Non-availability or mismatch of qualifications will result in technical disqualification.

Replacement Clause

• In case of disqualification or discontinuation of the appointed Paramedic during the contract period for any reason, a suitable replacement must be provided within 03 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
