Responsibilities:

- Create, develop, and modify parametric 3D models using industry-standard software

- Collaborate with architects and designers to produce innovative objects and architectural elements

- Ensure design feasibility and compliance with necessary standards

- Evaluate and test designs to meet project specifications and requirements

- Create technical drawings and documentation to communicate design intent to manufacturing teams

- Stay updated with emerging design trends, software, and technologies in the industry

- Work on various residential projects from planning to construction stage under the guidance of the project lead

- Coordinate design activities, project management tasks, and construction-related responsibilities

- Develop construction detail drawings and contribute to design coordination efforts

- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and 3D modeling (Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper or SketchUp)

- Candidate with extensive experience in Revit will be considered in advance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Industrial Design, or Completion of RIBA Part II or equivalent certification

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D parametric design

- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software (e.g., Rhino, Grasshopper, 3D Max, etc.)

- Strong knowledge of parametric design principles, design for manufacturing, and product development processes

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite

- Highly creative with strong multitasking abilities

- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
