Key Responsibilities:

Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of park grounds and facilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as trash collection, restroom maintenance, and sweeping

Assist with park set-up and tear-down for events and attractions

Monitor and replenish supplies in restrooms and other public areas

Provide assistance to guests by answering questions and providing directions

Assist in managing lost and found items

Promote park policies and regulations to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests

Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
